Mini Fall Lookbook: 1 dress, 3 ways
Hey everyone! I hope you're enjoying this fun Fall season! I have a feeling some of you may even be reading this with a PSL in hand... or at least wearing an oversized sweater?!
Anyways, in today's post I'm showing you how to wear 1 dress 3 different ways. I soooooo know the struggle of feeling like there literally is NOTHING in my closet. Starting high school and all, I've started to realize the importance of high quality basic pieces! Instead of having tons of pieces you'll never wear, invest in just a few pieces you know are versatile and that you love wearing.
I got this super cute and comfy striped dress from Old Navy this summer, and I've been wearing a little too much. It's a girls size and not available anymore, but it's really an easy piece to find in pretty much any store.
Look #1- Don't be afraid to slip on a T-shirt over a dress! It's a cute and unique look not many people would try.
Over the dress, I chose this navy T-shirt with some cute detailing. I rolled up the sleeves of the dress over the short sleeves of the shirt to create a one length. I also tied it up on the bottom. These navy rain boots are so comfy and cute, but may not be the best for school. Converse or navy/black slip-ons would also be cute.
Look #2- I just added a light wash denim jacket, some light jewelry, and my Converse! This outfit is for sure my favorite, it's just so comfy!
A denim jacket honestly looks cute with anything, and it gives the dress an entirely different vibe.
Look #3- Yep, I wore an athletic headband with a dress. Honestly, this was kind of a risk bit I loved loved loved how it turned out! It totally makes it a whole new look. I also paired it with a vest and black boots. I've always wanted a J.Crew vest, and I finally got one just in time for this Fall season! I love wearing it to school, because I'm always cold!!
